Bringing nudges into HelpHub
If a user closes a nudge too quickly, does it make a sound? We don't want to leave your users with that "oh oops that tour actually looked pretty useful but now I can't get it back" feeling. Spotlight (along with HelpHub and Copilot) allow users to retrieve tours they may have dismissed too quickly, or find new ones that are relevant to them in the moment.
Bringing nudges into Spotlight
To make a nudge available to be searched, go into the nudge's settings and toggle on "Searchable in Spotlight". Note that this setting is off by default. We recommend turning on this settings for nudges which are evergeen -- i.e. not something that is specific to a moment, like an event announcement or survey about a feature.
